Your engagement with third-party content is strictly at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content, software, code, design elements, logos, graphics, audio, video, and trademarks available on the Platform are the exclusive property of ProfitSence Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Platform.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.
